Caring Connection for the over 50's is please to welcome Deborah Levy, AT Practitioner, for an Alexander Technique Chair Based Group Session on Thursday, April 16th. 

Caring Connections meets at Hornsey Vale Community Centre, 60 Mayfielf Road, N8 9LP, from 2pm to 4pm every Thursday afternoon.

Caring Connections works alongside Age UK.

Any over '50's are invited to attend.
