Hello! There's a small room for rent in our house, to share with 2 other existing tenants.The lead tenant can give you a virtual tour around the house and then arrange for a face to face viewing if you're still interested. 

The house is in a quiet road off Philip Lane, lovely neighbours on either side. Shops , buses close by, on Philip Lane and on High Road. Underground at Seven Sisters, and Over ground at Bruce Grove, all short walks away. Good cycle routes to take you in all directions.

The house is a victorian terrace, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, large living room & kitchen, leading out into a beautiful garden, with lots of fruit trees & shrubs. Central heating throughout, and an open fire place in the living room. Fully furnished including a lovely piano.

The room is small with a high level bed, drawers, under bed storage, shelves, one with a bar to hang clothes from. It is at the back of the house overlooking the garden.

RENT is £450 + bills £96 per month, DEPOSIT is one month's rent in advance.

The other tenants are lovely, the lead tenant deals with all the finance, and liaises with us when needs must.

During Lockdown, there is plenty of space to work in the house, and local parks to walk/run in.
