"A Million Minutes"; Launch of commissioned creative work programme, Weds 16th
On Wednesday Islington Council, AIR at Central St Martins and Creative Islington are launching A Million Minutes, an ambitious two year programme of commissioned creative work in Archway and Finsbury Park in Islington.
Hostings, being launched this week is the the first strand of commission opportunities. It aims to provide an opportunity for a broad range of artists (including musicians, filmmakers, poets, performers, dancers, fine artists, craftspeople) and arts organisations to collaborate with a host organisation in Archway and Finsbury Park to create extraordinary new artworks through participatory and collaborative activity.
So whether you’re an artist or a potential host, you're invited to go along and find out about how you can get involved.
