Hello,
As the weather starts to turn worse so as we have seen has the economy, especially with higher costs. This inevitably effects those who live locally who come to us for their emergency food and other needs. We continue to see at least 40 people a week representing over an average of three people in their household. We are also providing, with some external support initial help to our visitors with other welfare issues.
We are then putting a call out for new donations either of goods such as standard packets of rice, tins of fish, standard packets of dried lentils, chickpeas (for our ethnically diverse client group) etc, coffee, washing tablets, cooking oil if possible, juice and coffee.
Alternatively, we would be very grateful for financial donations to our bank account at
A/C name: GospelCtrFoodbank
a/c no: 67216578
sort code: 08-92-99
Our website gives the times when the church is usually open for donations to be given.
Many thanks

I don't know how easy it is but have you considered setting up giftaid? This would give a 20-40% boost to any financial donations.
