From the video clip it would be interesting to get the NCAP technicians response, but someone thought it was worth the money to pursue developing this product.

I think they use these in Holland and Denmark, where cyclists are very resistant to the idea of helmets.

There's a drink, that's not a drink its called a Clayton's ( non alcoholic,) there's many others like water, but this ones branded.
