This (Rachel Allen) blueberry cheesecake is divine! It's a really easy recipe, never goes wrong and always delicious. You can substitute the blueberries for other fruit if you wish, raspberries are very nice I've found.

And it was easy and very nice, but instead of putting the lemon cream on the top of the cheesecake I served it on the side.  I know it would be better if I had an old family recipe from a Bavarian great-grandmother but there you go.

It will crack when cooling but this can be filled with the sour cream.  Cheapest place for Oreos is the 99p store!
