Two men attacked in street clash on Stroud Green Road
Just got off the phone to my Dad who lives in Cheshire. He told me there had been a bad news story about our area on the national news tonight. I know this has been said before on HoL, but it would be nice if just once everyone outside of London had the opportunity to hear about the really positive stuff that happens in our area, like the HoL community and related events, not just crime or other negtive stuff. I know we're all too aware though that positive news doesn't attract increased audience figures or sell newspapers does it :-(

I can always notice that from the stats in my blog, as soon as you have something "label-able" crime the number of visits shoots up.
However it's not always like that, any event in Finsbury Park usually generates a lot of visits to the blog too.

It's good to hear positive things happening also attracts a lot of interest. I think it's important to know about these things when they do happen locally, but I just want people to have a balanced view (which I think a lot of people who know the area well already do) of the good and bad and not think everything which happens here is horrendous or scary!
