Just shows you what's out there on the web. I was introduced to HubSpot recently, which includes a website grader.
Amongst other things, it told me the following:
Alexa is an online service that measures traffic for millions of sites on the Internet in a similar way to Nielsen television show ratings. Your website has an Alexa rank of 4,066,743 which is in the top 13.24 % of all websites.
So, this small local webste ranks in the top 13.24% of all websites. Lordy-Lordy, just what is that other 87% like!!!!

That's pretty cool!
o.oooo2% of all the world's web users visit this page every week which may not sound like much, but I doubt that 0.00002% of the worlds web users live in Harringay, so in fact you're exceeding your target audience
