Great, but remember the permanent ideas proposed in the Wood Green Town Plan. Sounds to me like this is a softening / preparatory exercise.
The Council is near to organising a Car Free Day event in Wood Green High Road on 28th September (they are awaiting some final confirmation of arrangements before they can confirm it).
