The same as milk men and other delivery services?

Some people can't or don't get the time to go down to the newsagents.

At the weekend it's nice to have a lazy breakfast and to read the papers in your smalls.

No actually - it's sitting in ones deshabille with a very large mug of tea & enjoying the paper. The exercise comes later...
