For cyclists: London Freewheel

If you've ever wanted to cycle down some of the major London roads without fear of being squashed like a gnat:

On Sunday 23 Sept some major roads are being closed to traffic in order to let cyclists travel down them in safety. Looks like the end point is supposed to be a great big bike festival in St James' Park.

One of the starting points to the main circuit (by the Thames) is Finsbury Park. It seems like the website's yet to be completely finished, as it's not really that clear what route people are to take from Finsbury Park down to the main route through the city, but perhaps I am thick and haven't been able to figure out the perfectly obvious.

I'm not sure if I will be in London that weekend but perhaps others from this community would like to meet up and do the ride together?
