Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Sustanable Haringey has linked up with the Forest Recycling Project to bring this community recycling event to our borough.

What's it all about? It's a chance to clear out your unwanted items which someone else could use and bring them along on the day. And a chance to find a much needed thing that someone else does not want.

You can give toys, baby items, books, kitchenward, paint (re-usable), small electrical items, furniture, plants, garden tools and equipment, bric-a-brac, etc.
You can take what you want and can use - BUT leave something for others.
Please do not give clothes, hazardous and toxic items.
Why? This day has been organised to help reduce waste and encourage recylcing of usable items and give people who need things the chance to get them for nothing.

The event takes this Saturday 1 March 12noon-3pm at Broadwater Farm Community Centre, 1 Adams Rd N17.
