I don't know how many others have had a letter from the council, but another certificate of lawfulness is being sought for 69 Effingham Road. This follows an application in the summer that was refused on the basis that the supporting documentation substantiating prior use as two flats was inadequate. It appears as though the applicant now claims to have provided substantiating documentation, but this documentation is not attached to the online application.

Many will remember concern about this property from the summer. By way of reminder, the VOA lists it as having been rated as a single property since 1993.
