Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

6.30pm break nr downhills park

Just a warning 2 burglars broke in via the back garden.It was dark at the time, early evening. They entered through a kitchen window breaking the lock and frame (original wooden frames). Someone was in bed sleeping who they threatened to shoot. The police said that the same two had carried out a similar burglary an hr before. All doors and windows were locked - but there were no lights on. Please don't wait to improve the security of your home.

Thanks for letting us know. It would seem downhills park is a hot spot for burglaries. A few months back I passed some police officers leafleting the area, raising awareness about opportunistic burglars
