5 week sublet available over Christmas. Do you have family visiting for the holidays who need a place to stay?

Hi everyone, 

We're thinking of subletting our house over the Christmas period while we're away. But we don't want to just open up it to any strangers because it's our family home! We are hoping someone in the neighbourhood has family visiting who need a place to stay. 

It's a two bedroom house with a big backyard. One bedroom has a king-sized bed and one has two single beds and a cot. We're all set up with all the kit for babies if your family has one.
