30 Sq M Turf available at knock down price

I have just over 30 Sq M of best Rolawn Medallion turf going for £50. This is the bees knees general hard wearing turf. It cost £150 but we can't lay it as the ground is too wet to prepare. Must go today or tomorrow at latest. It's in Swains Lane N6 but I will deliver within reason for an extra £20 or so.
