3+ bed house - south ladder/gardens

Hello Harringay Onliners,

We're still (sadly) looking for a 3+ bed house either south of the Salisbury on the ladder/gardens. Very happy to do a bit of refurbishing/modernisation too.

We're aware of a couple on Zoopla/Rightmove at the moment which aren't quite right, but we wondered if anyone was looking to sell soon and would be interested in selling to someone local and in a good position to buy. It could be beneficial to save on estate agent fees too!
