ONS will be holding a series of events around the country in October to formally launch the 2011 census consultation on outputs.
Topics to include: Output strategy, Disclosure control methods, Dissemination plans, Census geography, Output content and Future consultation procedures.
Two events are planned for London, where more people are expected to attend.
Slightly off topic but forgive me it is relevant, sort of. Why do we get free census information prior to 1911, then have to pay for subsequent census results, did the government sell all the info to third party companies?
