2 nice Double Rooms to rent at good price

I'm a writer and lecturer, stuck in USA right now. I have two bright good sized double rooms to rent on ladder in my tastefully decorated comfy house house, just around corner from some great music and eating spots, near tube, overground, buses and shopping on Green Lanes as well as Wood Green.

If I rent out both rooms there'd be 3 people at most sharing an entire good sized house! Back room overlooks garden and patio. Larger front room overlooks quiet street. There's a study, double living room (see pic), piano, good sized kitchen and tons of books. 

The rent is inclusive and competitively priced because there's a sweet kitty to look after (that current tenants can vouch for!). Am looking for nice decent people and I'm nice and decent too. A sense of humor always helps too!
