This flat must be seen - new vailent boiler, tasteful wool carpets. The 2 double bedrooms are the same size.
Rent is £1300pcm and deposit is £1800. Short assured tenancy agreement and deposit protected.
we are currently living in the property so we have not taken shortcuts or the cheaper options in doing the place up. All safety certificates for the proprety have been obtained etc . All the neighbours are great (mainly professionals).

Would be good to post some pix to get an idea of place.
Usually deposit is equivalent to a month's rent. That is a lot to ask for deposit.

hi - i will try - i have a three year old and a three month old so its hard - plus a silly upgrade on my phone that i can't work. One months rent for deposit is fine - to be honest i just put that coz other people had. it is quite nice - if you want to have a look and are in the area let me know (non smoker no pets, good credit ref though). thanks A
