2 bedroom flat wanted

Hi everyone,

We are two young professional couples looking for a 2 bedroom flat or house in the local area for no more than £1750pcm.  Two of us currently live on Cavendish Road and absolutely love Harringay and surrounding areas- we'd love to be able to stay close by, preferably on the ladder but would look at others too!  Looking to move in at the end of July.

We are very clean, respectful and communicative tenants, and ideally we'd be able to work directly with a landlord rather than go through an expensive agency but not ruling it out.
