102 Warham Road application to develop a HMO

Morning all,

This has been discussed elsewhere on a historical thread harking back to an older application at the same address. I thought I would post a new thread in case anyone missed it.

This is an application to extend a 6-person HMO with a history of antisocial behaviour to 10 people.

I am concerned it is an overdevelopment because of:

Increased intensity of use/ occupation density leading to unsustainable increases in noise, pressures on traffic/parking on the road, refuse collection, plumbing/drains, loss of light to neighbouring properties amongst other things.
