1 bed (or large studio) furnished flat wanted for short (3-6 week) let April/May

Hello HoL!

My parents are visiting from Australia as a post-retirement holiday and I need a place to put them for some of the time they are in the UK. 

Definitely need from April 17 - May 9 but will consider extending from April 1 - May 9 if the price is right.

Specific needs:

internet

kitchen (tiny is fine, with washing machine is best) and a space for 2 people to eat

decent bed and a comfy chair as mum has a dicky back

enough space for luggage and for mum to get in and out of bed easily

heating in case of a cold snap (its 41 degrees where they are today)

nearish to Endymion Road or bottom of Noel Park would be perfect
