Hello HoL-ers
I have been recovering from a back injury for several weeks and am now in the latter stages of rehabilitation
My physio has suggested I start 1-2-1 Pilates to help with strength and rehab (I am not looking for a Pilates fitness group class)
Any recommendations in the area would be very welcome
Thanks in advance

I highly recommend David Katz in Alexandra Palace just near APS School for rehab pilates. He is also a physio and sports masseuse. He uses reformer equipment in his 121 pilates sessions. You can find out more about him here - https://bbu.pilates.com/gamma/faculty/certified-pilates-instructor-...
Let me know if you want his details.

Or you could try Lorraine at Core Health - she does 1-2-1 http://www.corehealthsuite.com/
Pilates can be about finding the right person/place for you. I have had 1-2-1 with Lorraine now attend classes. Website has a section on back treatment.
If you are looking for reformer rather than mat-work then the YMCA in Kings Cross is more reasonably priced than most places. Their instructors are good and they do one to one: http://www.ymcaonekx.co.uk/classes/pilates/1-2-1-sessions
Hi there,
I am a qualified pilates mat work teacher based in Turnpike Lane and offer private one-to-one classes.
