Event Description
Would you like to create and contribute to local community? Do you love to sing? Come sing with us Monday nights 8-9:15. We sing for an hour and share a cup of tea. No auditions, no sheet music, just singing for connection. Singing has so many health benefits: it reduces stress hormones, releases pain relieving endorphins, regulates your heart rate and releases bonding hormones.
