Garden Volunteering & Tours (12:00 - 2:00pm) Share our unique community space on a guided tour

Biochar & Rocket Stove Demo (2:00 - 4:00pm) Learn how to use a biochar stove while we prepare a veggie soup

Wellness Sessions

• Animal Flow Yoga (1:00 - 1:30pm) – Improve mobility and strength with Edita
• Mindfulness Session (1:30 - 2:00pm) – Embodied movement & breathwork with Samara
• Vinyasa Flow Yoga – Guided by Lizzie (time TBC)
