Dance away to Latin rhythms with Mama dance, have fun while exercising and meeting other moms.
After the class, you’ll feel energized and ready to carry on with your day feeling uplifted.
To take this class you don’t need any previous dancing experience, Mama dance is an easy-to-follow,
relaxed dance class for anybody who wants to have a good time whilst doing a low impact exercise.
