Paul Westwood & Paul Clarvis, featuring John & DJ Dan

The group will be performing a new set of music entitled Oxygen, which highlights jazz, rock, funk, dark grooves and world music. The music has strong riffs, innovative melodies, creative improvisation, dynamic percussion and textural soundscaping.

Band members include: Paul Westwood (bass gtr), Paul Clarvis (perc), John Crockford (keys), and DJ Dan, who have taken inspiration from events happening in the world past and present.

These musicians have worked with such artistes as: George Benson, Peter Green, Herbie Hancock, Mick Jagger, Al Jarreau, Elton John, Madonna, Hugh Masekela, Sir Paul McCartney, George Michael, Wayne Shorter, Nina Simone. They have also recorded numerous movie soundtracks with John Barry, David Bowie and Hans Zimmer (Star Wars, Harry Potter, Skyfall, Tron, Shrek, The Hobbit).
