Hey folks - I've just found out there's regular live music at the Fountain Pub on West Green Road. Open mic plus bands. Next gig this Friday Dec 6th. (usually first Friday of the month, and sometimes more often.  More info here https://fountainmusic.co.uk/open-mic-at-the-fountain/ ;
 here's a sample from September which started with Country and Western and a couple of acts of niche taste but finished with some great musicians -  guy on a keyboard and female vocalist doing Elton John numbers (from 1'40" on this vid) https://fb.watch/wduWD3rOFw/ ;
This is a great opportunity to support a local venue - pubs need all the help they can get at the moment
