Kaiyo 3 with Phil Robson

This month, Amy and Simon (www.kaiyojazz.com) are joined by internationally acclaimed guitarist Phil Robson. Phil is a UK born, multi-award-winning guitarist & composer. He was a seminal part of the London scene for many years before relocating to New York City in 2015. He has led many bands featuring jazz legends including, David Liebman, Mark Turner, Billy Hart, James Genus and Marc Copland.

Also featuring Flavio Li Vigni on drums. Originally from Palermo, Italy, Flavio is now a London-based jazz drummer, composer, and educator. His long list of accomplishments includes recording with Greg Hutchinson, Ameen Saleem and Dave Kikoski. He is also the much beloved leader of the Morley College jazz department.

Playing a mix of standards and original tunes, this night is certain to be a musical treat.
