James Cochran at Pasero

We are so excited to welcome this week’s guest chef James Cochran to the Pasero kitchen.

Starting his career at Wheeler’s Oyster Bar, James Cochran honed his craft at two-Michelin-starred The Ledbury, and Michelin-Starred The Harwood Arms before opening his own restaurant @1251_twelve_fifty_one in Islington in 2018. He has twice won BBCs Great British Menu as well as Eater London’s ‘Chef of the year’.

Raised in Whitstable to a West Indian mother and Scottish father, James’ experimental Modern British menus are infused with flavours from his multi-faceted heritage.

James is bringing his signature tasting menu to Pasero for 1 week only as part of our Summer Takeover series.

Dinner seating: 6-9.15pm Weds-Sat. Tasting menu at £49 per head.

Lunch seating: 12-2.15pm Fri-Sun. Choice of tasting menu or a la carte available.
