A 30 Minute Taster. Niamh from The Pelvic Academy will deliver an upbeat session about what goes on down below during pregnancy, labour and the immediate thereafter. She says, "Pregnancy is a great time to get to know this area of your body a little better. We'll demystify, challenge myths with facts and talk about things that truly work to optimise the pelvic floor for delivery and the early days of recovery. I'll also explain about pelvic health physiotherapy and why it may come in useful in pregnancy."
