Want to mend the seams of the maternity jeans that've already split? Or are the nesting vibes driving you to create and craft? Whatever your motivations, the focus, creativity and utility offered by sewing and crafting encourages positive mindsets and mental and emotional wellbeing.
Nest Sewing School are hosting a FREE taster session for expectant parents to learn to sew and craft at their studio in Crouch End, so they'll have all the gear even if you've no idea.
