Every week during term time on Tuesday mornings 10.30am-11.15am pre-schoolers ages 2-4 year olds at The Goan Community Centre and
Sunday mornings 10am-11am ages 8- 11 year olds and 11am-12noon ages 4-7 year olds at The Hub in Lordship Rec
A fun approach to yoga using gentle poses, music, games, breathing and mindfulness techniques, storytelling and visualisation where we reflect on life’s seasonal patterns and cycles.
