Chef James Cochran will be taking over the Pasero kitchen for this week only.
Owner of Islington’s 12:51 restaurant, James has a Michelin star background and has twice won the BBC’s Great British Menu - this is a takeover not to be missed!
James will be bringing his signature tasting menus to Pasero, infused with flavours from his multi-faceted heritage.
