Learn to ID local birds and bird songs on our weekly bird survey at The Paddock. Suitable for all levels. Family Friendly.
We invite you to join us at the Paddock for our weekly bird survey in 2022! Whether you are an expert or complete beginner this will be a chance to get outdoors and explore the wildlife on your doorstep.
What to expect:
- A short talk on a bird species or bird-related topic each week.
- A guided transect survey of the whole site.
- Help with identifying birds visually and by birdsong.
-The data collected will help us develop the Paddock into a Local Nature Reserve.
- By booking onto multiple sessions you’ll gain a deeper understanding of seasonal cycles, and improve your I.D. skills.
Pre-booking is essential, book now to confirm a place.
Please be aware Eventbrite booking closes one day before each surveying event at 5pm.
If you have to cancel your place for any reason, please get in touch via thepaddock@tcv.org.uk or by the contact numbers below to let us know.
