ADHD SUPPORT GROUP FOR PARENTS AND CARERS

Hi, I’m Morena and I’m a local mum in Wood Green, London. I started The ADHD Thread as a support group for parents and carers of children who have, or might have, ADHD.

Our next support group is:

🗓️ Wednesday 10th June, 7pm to 9pm
📍 Westbury Avenue Baptist Church, 84 Willingdon Road, London N22 6QT

It’s free to attend and it’s a chance to talk openly about ADHD in our children, offload some of the mental load, swap tips, share experiences, and support each other as parents and carers.

You don’t need a diagnosis to come along. You might be at the beginning of wondering, right in the middle of assessments, or already navigating ADHD day to day. You’re very welcome either way.
