I am working in my loft office today and keep hearing what sounds like a swarm of seagulls having a huge argument on my roof - lots of squawking and pattering of feet, and then flying off... has anyone else experienced this? what do you do about it?
I love to hear and see sea gulls but am probably in the minority.
They only really become a problem if they are nesting on your roof when they see anyone in the area as a threat; we had lots of dive bombing from them last year trying to drive us out of the garden but i stood my ground and it was all show as at no time did they actually connect with me.
So I would see if it continues and if they are nest building; a neighbour called the council last year when a nest was being built, but before eggs were laid, and they removed it.
We should get a vigilante group together to show these so called Seagulls what for !
