Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

The bus stop outside Homebase for buses heading towards Manor House and the Bus stop near Harringay Green Lanes station for buses heading towards Turnpike Lane have both been closed recently due to someone dropping a lot of paint on the floor. Seems like a bit of a coincidence that it has happened at both bus stops so I wonder if it is vandalism? perhaps someone with a grievance against buses or thinks they are to blame for the traffic woes. Anyway it is bizarre, has anyone seen anything?

There has been some random white paint striping/splashing on the seat in the George IV memorial gardens and the Ducketts basketball courts. Not sure if this is connected.

The incidents were about a month apart, not the same day, and paint wasn't splashed or sprayed onto the bus shelter as a deliberate act of vandalism, just left on the ground.

Paint - from our very local Homebase - comes in plastic pots which will flex more than a metal can when dropped, so the lid's more likely to spring off. Any Sherlocks out there can offer any other more likely scenarios?

After Banksy, Jack the Dripper??

Dripsey. (Sounds like one of the Telly Tubbies)
Bus drivers won't allow paint onboard unless it is very well wrapped up.
Maybe the driver would let them on and they chucked down their pot of magnolia in a fit of pique.

This happens every few months at the southbound home base bus stop - I suspect the paint is dropped & then breaks open
