Builder to repair window sill/re- plaster wall

Hi all,

our kitchen wall is suffering from damp caused by water ingress from the window sill. We need to find a builder who will level off the masonry sill, concrete everything up properly and flush with the window and re do the plastering on the internal wall. I have contacted builders but they don't get back to me after I email photos. They obviously think it's too small a job! We plan to have a heater fitted on the internal wall but cannot proceed until the water ingress and damp have been dealt with. 
Any recommendations for a builder who would do this sort of thing?

Have you tried David O'Doherty on 07830119421? I know he's usually very busy but rarely declines to give a quote/advice. I know from talking to him in the past that damp issues are not always as straight forward as first thought! I know David has a job in the Gardens (off Green Lanes) this coming week so I expect it would be a good time to give him a call.

Thanks, I'll give him a call. 

We had a rising damp issue along that wall which was dealt with and treated last year. When we spotted more damp the company came back to check it and found the gaps under the window sill which have been letting more water in.
