Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

5pm on Saturday 19th July me and my son stopped by the Salisbury for much needed refreshment.

As i read him a story (over a pint) i remember thinking 'i wish that guy in the corner would stop giving it the big'un about taking on a bunch of scousers, he sounds like Liam Gallagher'

only for me to look across and see that it was indeed Liam Gallagher! What was he doing in the Salisbury? I have no idea but was quite proud of my 2 year old boy when he told him to 'stop shouting!'

never mind the bollards

TBD, knowledge of Liam Gallagher was never a prerequisite for happiness. Where ignorance is bliss, 'twould be folly to be any wiser.

Was he with Gem Archer - former and current guitarist/band mate who lives in Crouch End (his kids go to Highgate Woods i believe)?

Isn't he the one who has been giving Eddie Grundy a lot of grief recently?

Gem was actually in a decent band before decamping to fame and the dark side.

Heavy Stereo anyone?

No he wasn't with Gem Archer or anyone else who might have been in a band i don't think. More people with babies really.

Liam Gallagher at the Salisbury Nappy hour.

Are you one of the AKIP brigade?

(anti-kids in pubs)

He turned up at the queens in crouch end about a year ago, so the story goes, just too pissed to be served. He apologised nicely and came back a while later, still appsolututly hanging, the staff said the same thing again and as nice as pie he walked out again, albeit with very spongy legs.

Ha ha!  The Mr. Softy walk.

with any luck he will get banned from the salisbury too- doesnt he know we are posh round here

Saw man a while back in the Salisbury that looked like half of elctro dance band hot chip. I nearly told him he looked just like the bloke from Hot Chip when i noticed his band mate standing next to him. It was Hot Chip!
