Hello Harringay parents,
If you would like to meet up with other local parents, to share information or commiserate after a gruelling night, come along to a new weekly get-together.
It is held at Blend, Green Lanes' most family-friendly cafe, where there is plenty of space for buggies. They have lovely coffee, food and toddler snacks -- as well as very welcome air-conditioning.
We now meet there every Monday from 11-1, and it is run by the NCT, though you do not need to be a member.
We look forward to seeing you there, particularly if you are new to the area or to parenthood.

I believe Iceland have an excellently refrigerated cold room. Couldn't babies be parked there, to be picked up later with the frozen joint and peas? This would allow Blend more space for their business while parents have the assurance that their toddlers are securely immobile in a cool environment.
