Hello all,
Myself and my partner just bought a property in the area and the previous owners have left a few items in the garden that we'd like to get rid of. Mainly there's a fairly new looking compost bin that seems full, two water butts and an assortment of very large pot plants. If any has any advice of how to dispose of these items or feels like they need a new compost bin, I'd be very grateful if you'd let me know.
This site is amazing, I wish my previous London borough had something similar!
Many thanks!
James

Why not use the compost bin and water butts? There's nothing mysterious about how to do it.
It's not a matter of their existence being baffling :) more so that we don't need or want them as the garden's quite tiny and we can;t see what the previous owners could possible do with it all.
If the pots are very large, the local school gardens might be able to make use of them. I'll see if there is any interest
Welcome to the 'hood. Glad you like the site. Where did you live before?
We were only down the road in Camden, great area but no real community to speak of. This place is a godsend!
Great to hear that.
We might be able to split the items if they do want any of it but if I don't hear in the next few days, the stuff is yours.
How many plant pots are there James?
Yvette, I have a water butt you can have if you're interested?
Hi Nicholas, thanks for the offer - I'll consult the member who knows about gardening and other relevant parties and get back to you, if that's OK?
Yes please, we would like the water butts and the large plant pots at South Harringay Junior School. Lucy (parent gardener)
