Keep your eyes open for an article on the Harringay Ladder in the Evening Standard's property section tomorrow.
A couple of weeks back, I got a email from David Sexton who's the Literary editor at the Standard. Having just moved on to the Ladder, he's keen to celebrate his new home. The article tomorrow is the first result of that.
I met David for a chat at Moka and he told me that even before moving in, he became a keen HoL user. He told me that he likes it both for the help it's given him connecting with great local tradespeople and for the clear sense of the area's community it showcases.

Now that the ES Literary Editor has a foot on a Ladder rung, may we look forward to our first ten million-quid homes by the weekend? At least it'll be literate and literary - no beejew HMO compacked rezidenses comprizing of etc, we hope.
Don't get too excited OAE, it only applies to The Ladder, not Wightman Road.
My word, a feature in the Standard! We really are coming up in the world. Newly Fashionable Harringay Village - the New Islington! <g>
Poverty of ambition.... the New Notting HIll surely. Has somebody told Hollywood?
