I don't care about Gaza nor the Ukraine nor Kashmir.
I do care about the problems we have at home and David Lammy is one of them. The sooner that he, Starmer and Reeves are gone the better.
Still it's nice to see a new Pope. I wish him well.

You care about what suits you Amy. Lammy is Foreign Secretary though - that’s kind of his job.

Oh we need a Foreign Secretary. We just need him, or even her, to be competent, intelligent and fit to hold one of the great offices of state. Lammy isn't anywhere near up to scratch.

IT IS possible to disregard events in Europe or, to paraphrase Chamberlain, to ignore quarrels in faraway countries between peoples of whom we know nothing.
Such as, the marching of troops into the Rhineland and later, especially, the annexation of the Sudetenland. But events in far away European countries about which we know little can catch up with us.
David Lammy's speech at the Security Council—about Putin's invasion of Ukraine—was excellent, if not overdue.

You know that you could care for both things “at home” and in Kashmir, Gaza and Ukraine. Because they ALL have an influence on us humans. but maybe your bandwidth is too narrow?

I have little truck for Lammy. He is such a let down, not very bright at all.
