Used but in pretty good shape.

Bassinet / cot for infants included. 

There is also a car seat adapter for using compatible car seats with this system.

Toddler seat not included as it is broken.

Full disclosure: We inherited this from friends, so it's been through two kids :)

Maybe you could add a toddler seat to the system as needs change OR use this until baby can sit up and then switch to something more London-friendly.
