Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Can anyone recommend a good glazier? A rock has just landed on our kitchen roof-light!

Try D&K Glass. Based locally and they should get the job done for you. Ask for a price first of course. Not sure what their weekend arrangements are though.
Thanks Matt. I'll phone them tomorrow. We won't need an emergency repair as it's safety glass and so cracked and leaking for now.
You could also try Ames Glass on Lordship Lane. They have looked after several of our clients in the past and they have all seemed satisfied. Good Luck.
Thanks chaps. I had already got a few quotes and booked a glazier before I read your message Steve, so I don't know what Ames would have quoted.

For future reference I used D & K glass company; I chose them for three reasons, they gave a very reasonable quote, volunteered information on what options were available (without recommending the most expensive) and could do the work within 36 hours.

The guys have just left. They did a good job, cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant - even when they realised I'd given them the wrong glass dimensions! I'd definitely use them again.
Very good to know... they definately sound worthy of recommending. (Nice one Matt)

Thanks for that feedback, glad you got it sorted.
Good to hear. Can be a little tricky giving recommendations as sometimes these things don't work out. Glad it did this time.
