Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

So, in 2016 we had water meters fitted to properties across the Ladder, and presumably wider afield.

Not long after I remember getting a letter stating that Thames Water would move us initially into a transitional period where they would monitor our water use, and within two years move us on a compulsory basis to water meters for everyone.

I recently got a water bill, and I still see no mention of this plan. Am I missing something?

It's worth giving Thames Water a call. After the transitional bill we had a letter saying a metered bill was more than £200 lower — which they refunded — and our direct debit was halved.

Been on water Meter since first Offered

Being sole occupant my Bills are a quarter of what they was before Meter fitted

Depends how many users you have

But pay my bill , on demand. Never trust any firm with a Direct Debt
