You could try contacting this English lady:  Julia Crossland

When I lived abroad, she was my solicitor.  Can't say whether she is still in practice.

I would suggest you call the Law Society as they can direct you to law firms that specialises in this area.

Try Kuits Solicitors in Manchester, Paul Bricknell.

He knows his stuff as far as the UK is concerned. I would imagine he covers EC and Switzerland.

He has done a good job for us in that area and has proved better than a London alternative.

Buckingham Gate might be worth a try too but we found they were expensive.

I am pleased because I have a SIPP Pension. What I did not know was if I pegged it, my pension pot would be subject to 40% tax because London houses are so over valued. The answer was simple - put the pension in  a trust which my Financial Adviser never told me.

thank your for your recommendation, makes sense to look outside of London. 

Also thanks for your tip with the trust. We have been thinking about this too. We could do with a sharp financial advisor too.
