I was more surprised that at the end of this "consultation", the email I received informed me that in order to purchase visitor parking permits, I needed to download, print, complete and POST a request form!

I have emailed Haringey Council to point out that in the digital age, and at a time when people are at home with no access to a printer, surely this should be a service available online?

I have yet to receive a response.
